Sheffield Park and Gardens is one of the best places to find some Autumn colour around this neck of the woods, so we set-off for a trundle around the gardens to see what we could find.

The weather was predicted to get a bit glum but we arrived while the sun was still finding its way between the clouds and giving some great light, to really show-off the colours of the trees around the ponds. Unfortunately, it was a little too windy, so moments when the surface was still, were few and far between.

Sheffield Park is just one of those places that leaves you (well me anyway) wanting to come back again during different conditions and seasons. Maybe Spring next time!
