We spent a few days exploring the north Norfolk coastline, from Great Yarmouth up to Cromer (and beyond). There are some beautiful beaches with lots of great opportunities to practice longer exposure photography, windmills and lighthouses – a playground for any photographer.
The image below, of the pier at Cromer in the fog, could be one of the last shots of this view possible at this location as the very next day, they were piling tonnes of rocks for coastal defences at this location.
Apart from having a beach with some amazing groins offering photo opportunities galore, Happisburgh has a beautifully situated lighthouse on the hills above. A great location to shoot by both day and night
